Hello! My name is James
I am the owner and property manager of a few duplexes in South Austin. I purchased my first duplex in 2014 and gutted the ’80s interior to modernize the look and feel into something I would call a home. I learned a lot about construction, home maintenance, and property management. I repeated this process in 2018 and in 2020 with two more duplexes.
I enjoy being a landlord with only a handful of properties because I am able to maintain a high level of service and attention to the individual units. Outside of property management, I balance a full-time job and enjoy mountain biking, playing tennis, and rock climbing.
